Who says going abroad is just for university students? Global Experiences is proud to offer a variety of customized short-term, ‘travel with purpose’ experiences around the world to public and private high schools seeking to expand their cultural horizons. These affordable, 3-4 week cultural programs are designed to add a global perspective to secondary education by immersing students in foreign languages, exciting cultural excursions, the arts and volunteer opportunities abroad. We strive to equip students with a sense of accomplishment and exploration that allows them to break down cultural barriers and come away with a true sense of what it means to be a citizen of the world.

But don’t take our word for it. Read what Nashville’s Harpeth Hall School’s Winterim Director had to say about her school’s recent 3-week program in Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands:

Global Experiences worked closely with us every step of the way to create a singular program for Harpeth Hall that combined language study, ecology and bio-diversity study, and community service. The trip definitely stretched the cultural and intellectual boundaries of our students. Each of them came home with a broadened sense of her world.

Our programs are offered year-round and include accommodation, ground transportation, most meals, language and culture classes, faculty/chaperone discounts, accident and illness insurance, access to discounted group airfare, and the 24 hour support of an in-country coordinator.

Below you will find some sample program offerings that can be customized to meet your school group’s curriculum requirements, timeframe and budget. Don’t see the location you are interested in? No problem. Let us know and we’ll work with you to customize a unique program just for your group.
