Access
Global Experiences is a single point of contact for the consistent delivery of programs in multiple global destinations (Italy, Australia, UK, Spain, and France).
 Flexible Program Design
Each internship program has a certain amount of set components, but can be tailored to fit the needs of each student, department, or school (i.e. career field, length of program, language training, assessment, etc.).
Year-Round Programs
A variety of start dates and varying lengths give your institution the ability to offer summer and semester long programs lasting from six weeks to six months.
Participant Variety
We effectively bridge the gap between study abroad and career centers with programs that are available to both current students and recent graduates in nearly all career fields.
 Single Student Satisfaction
There is no minimum number of participants that schools must have in order to work with Global Experiences. We are more than happy to work with 1 student or 100 from your institution. Because of each unique major and career area, each student or graduate is just as important as the next.
For-Credit Components
Each of our customized internship programs may include for credit components such as foreign language training or count for work study credits. Global Experiences is able to offer credit for its participants through Eastern Washington University.

Ways to offer International Internships through Global Experiences

Program Ownership - Your institution can offer your own sponsored internship program, using Global Experiences as the provider. In this case, we will work with you on customizing the necessary components and program features while the program will remain under the banner of your institution.
Program Collaboration - We will also work with academic departments, individual faculty members, study abroad office, career services, or other departments to customize an internship program to their specific academic areas of focus.
 Program Extension – Global Experiences internships may also be coupled with your institution’s existing study abroad programs to extend a practical work component to the abroad experience.
Office Extension – We understand the demands placed on study abroad and career centers, and recognize that sometimes it may be difficult to accommodate every student as well as you would like to. Our Consultants are available to act on your behalf and create customized internship programs specifically for your students. Simply put the student in touch with our consultants and we’ll bring them through the entire process

University Credit
There are two ways to obtain credit for a Global Experiences program; transfer credit from our foreign schools or independent study credit from our US-based affiliate university, Eastern Washington University. One may also combine foreign transfer credit with independent study credit.
